If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) for a full item refund or exchange as long as the items are not damaged, dirty, washed, altered or worn and are in their original packaging with any tags attached. We accept returns and exchanges in-store (online orders, in-store orders and store purchases) or we accept returns by mail (for online orders only) within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must be unworn, in their original sealed packaging and/or box, and accompanied by the receipt or transactional email. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.

Returns can be made either in-store or online. Returns in-store and online are free. Returns by mail include a fee of $5.95 + taxes.

Items purchased from other retailers, including department stores, should be returned to the store from which they were originally purchased and should be subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.

To return or exchange in store any items purchased online, please bring the items along with a copy of the order confirmation email or packing slip (included in your parcel) within 30 days of purchase. Returns by mail are only accepted for orders placed online. Note that PayPal & AfterPay purchases can be exchanged in-store or refunded to a Call it Spring gift card or to a debit card. Purchases made via Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) providers have their own return policies, which may include processing returns in-store only.

  • In the interest of hygiene, face masks, earrings, hair accessories and insoles may not be refunded or exchanged at any time.
  • Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Items purchased from other retailers, including department stores, should be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and will be subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.
  • Purchases made via Afterpay, Klarna or Paypal are subject to their own return policies, which may include processing returns in-store only.

If your footwear is defective or faulty within 60 days of the date of purchase, we will make it right. If you would like to make a warranty claim on your footwear purchase, simply contact us here. Please complete all the details in the form and our Customer Service Expert Team will be happy to assist you.Footwear is considered defective in the following cases:

  • Broken zippers
  • Broken heels or top lift
  • If a bottom sole is detaching from the shoe (stitch & glue)
  • If a footbed or in sock is detacing from the shoe (glue)
  • If a functional strap is coming apart; buckle or elastics
  • If the vegan leather is peeling off or cracking (unworn / not caused by wear and tear)
  • If a decorative ornament is / has fallen off (medium or large ornaments only)

How can I return my Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) order?

Afterpay

Afterpay purchases can be returned in-store or by mail for a refund. Purchases returned in-store can be refunded on a debit card, credit card or an ALDO gift card. Note that for in-store returns, Afterpay will continue taking the installments from your account until the full payment is complete. Purchases returned by mail will be refunded directly to your Afterpay account. Do not return your purchase directly to Afterpay.

Other BNPL Providers

BNPL orders, such as Zip, can only be returned in-store and refunded on an ALDO gift card or credit card. Note that the BNPL provider will continue taking the installments from your account until the full payment is complete. Do not return your purchase directly to the service provider.
